1. Who we are

Arpana Consulting LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing Odoo ERP implementation and related consulting services.

2. What the Site is (and is not)

The Site is a marketing and informational website about our services. Content on the Site—including articles, FAQs, ranges for cost or timeline, and case descriptions—is general information only.

Nothing on the Site is:

• A binding offer, quote, or statement of work
• Legal, tax, accounting, or engineering advice tailored to your business
• A guarantee of specific results, rankings, or implementation outcomes

Paid implementation and consulting work are governed only by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Arpana.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse contact or diagnosis forms (spam, scraping, or deceptive submissions)
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Site or related systems
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law
• Copy Site content for commercial republication without our prior written permission

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by Arpana Consulting LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

“Odoo” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent Odoo partner; we are not Odoo S.A. and are not authorized to bind Odoo S.A.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example scheduling or partner directories). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARPANA CONSULTING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SOLELY FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO) OR (B) USD $100.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Arpana Consulting LLC against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, you agree that courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

11. General

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site (separate service contracts cover paid work). Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
